Beat the game to unlock the rocket launcher. You can now use the rocket launcher when you start a new game and it should be a part of your inventory. Simply cycle through your available weapons to locate it.

Aim the rocket launcher at an enemy or group of enemies. Make sure you are far away from the target because the weapon can cause a large radius of damage when it explodes on impact.

Press the "Shoot" button to shoot a rocket at your target. The rocket will cause a large amount of damage to the primary target, but will also create an explosion that can harm surrounding enemies. Make sure to run to safety because reloading the weapon takes significantly more time than other weapons.

Conserve your ammunition and only use the rocket launcher on stronger enemies. The weapon has a limited amount of shells and ammunition is scarce. As a result you should try to use the weapon if you have a low amount of health or if you are fighting a much tougher opponent.
