How to Make Wedding Agreement Forms
Wedding agreement forms help keep you organized and protected while hiring wedding vendors and booking venues. A wedding agreement form is like a mini contract between you and the vendor that states the vendor's agreement to provide your wedding with a service or product and also states that you agree to pay them in full at a certain time. The agreement form should lay out all of the expectations for both sides. This protects you and the vendor should you have a disagreement about a service provided. You and the vendor need to sign the contract and date it.

1
Create a header. The header should include your full name along with your fiance's full name, both of your contact information, date and time service is required and address of required service. Most of this information will remain the same on all of your wedding agreement forms except the time and place services are required.
-
2
Describe the service you are purchasing. This should include the duration if it is a catering service, photographer or chauffeur service that is measured in time. Include quantity for items such as flowers or number of tiers in your wedding cake.

3
Include a section for your signature and date as well as a space for the vendor's signature and date. Do not sign the forms beforehand -- sign them when you have the vendor to sign them. This ensures you are witnessing each other sign the forms and neither of you can contest the agreement later. Date the form on the day you both sign with the month, day and year.

4
Describe exactly what you expect to receive from the vendor and what the vendor is expecting to deliver. Write this while discussing the details of your wedding. If you are writing a photographer agreement form, information such as the length of time they agree to be at the wedding and reception, number of prints included in the price, sizes, negatives, CDs, online availability and albums should all be listed. Cake vendor information should include flavor of cake and fillings, tiers, how many the cake is supposed to feed, design and time of delivery. Make sure to include information about reimbursement of fees if the service is not delivered as expected.
-
5
Include images and sketches of items for creative works. This way if the item is not delivered as promised, you have proof to compare the promise to what was delivered to you on your wedding. Keep all of the information in a secure place and have someone from your wedding party hold the information on the day of the wedding in case you need to contact a vendor.
