Reduce paper bills by changing your document preferences online.

USAA auto insurance policy holders can access a range of documents online, including billing statements, insurance identification cards and policy renewal notices. While you cannot change much of the content in your USAA documents aside from your personal contact information, you are able to alter the way information is sent to you by utilizing the insurance company's online function. According to USAA, storing documents online reduces the risk of identity theft, and documents are protected online for up to seven years.
