How to Create a Class Schedule
A class schedule can created using templates on your computer. These templates are located in galleries on your computer and on template websites. A template is a great tool because it saves the time of creating a class schedule from scratch. You can add personalized data to the class schedule template layout and save it for future reference.

Click the "File" tab, and select "New." Type "Class Schedule" in the search box, and review the available templates. Download the template by double-clicking the template you want to use.

Highlight the default text in the class schedule, and add your personalized text.

Save the template by clicking the "Save" icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Google Documents

Access the Google Documents website. Type "Class Schedule" in the search box, and review the available templates. Download the template of your choice by clicking the "Use This Template" button.
