How to Make Dish Soap From Castile Soap

Liquid castile soap is made from vegetable oil and is widely available from grocery and drug stores.

Things You'll Need
- 2 cups liquid castile soap
- 2 to 5 drops essential oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- Clean, recycled dish soap bottle

Combine 1/2 cup of warm water with 2 cups of castile soap. Mix well.

Adding essential oil gives a pleasant fragrance to your dishes. Add at least two drops of essential oil to the mixture for a pleasant fragrance.

Tips & Warnings
When washing dishes with heavy grease it is useful to add a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar.

why don't I have suds with my recipe? I want sud's in my dish Soap just seem's I am washing with water since I have no sud's. If I had suds I would feel better about using this recipe. What's Wrong?
