How to Date a Young Man
Dating younger men is not so uncommon nowadays. A survey report completed by AARP as early as 2003 revealed that 34 percent of all women over 40 in the survey were dating men 10 to 15 years younger than they were. If you are single and want to meet new people, keep your options open to date younger men. It can turn out to be a fun, self-defining experience.

1
Treat him as an equal. He is younger than you -- not your child. Allow him to make his own decisions, don't buy him clothes you think he will look nice in, don't correct his speech. Lastly, don't chastise his taste in movies, books and activities if it is not as mature as you like.
-
2
Respect his freedom and learn how to be a friend to him. Allow him to experience life and enjoy youthful activities. Don't make him feel bad about wanting to hang out with friends or go partying.

-
3
Set realistic expectations of what to expect from each other while you're dating. This will help ensure you're on the same page emotionally, physically and financially.
-
4
Enjoy yourself and have fun. Don't get bogged down with numbers and what people are saying about you and your new love interest. It's your life -- live it how you want.

Tips & Warnings
Disregard those outdated beliefs and double standards. If an older man can date a much younger woman, an older woman can certainly date a much younger man.
