Instructions

    • 1

Wash fresh berries and dice them into small pieces to prepare them for jam making. If you are using frozen berries, thaw completely and mash lightly, using a potato masher or fork. If using small, fresh berries, like raspberries, you do not need to dice them, simply mash them slightly with a fork.

    • 2

Place all the ingredients into the bread machine.

    • 3

Program your bread machine to the jam cycle, according to manufacturer instructions, and press "Start."

    • 4

Remove the bread pan from the machine after cycle is complete. When cooled, pour the jam mixture into containers with tight-fitting lids and place them in the refrigerator for up to six weeks.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use caution if using a regular jam recipe. Too much sugar at a high heat may cause the bread pan to overflow and make a sticky mess in your bread machine.
