The EZ Krunch, an abdominal exercise accessory sold on television in the 1990s, offer an alternative to the standard crunch. Users hold the device between their knees and work their abs by pumping a handle up and down. Due to its rotating base, the EZ Krunch lends itself to numerous abdominal exercises, each with their own instructions. Consult the EZ Krunch's instruction manual before working out to ensure proper form during your exercise.
