Toastmaster Bread Machine Directions
The Toastmaster bread machine will bake all types of breads including whole wheat, french and sweet breads. With the machine, you can avoid following all of the steps required to manually make breads. The machine will bake up to a two-pound loaf. It will knead the bread twice for you, allow it to rest and even keep it warm for up to three hours. You will need to have a bread recipe on hand. When selecting a recipe, pay attention to the type of loaf you are creating and the size of the loaf (e.g., one or two pounds). Does this Spark an idea?

Mount the kneading blade on the shaft of the bread pan, flat-side down.

The French program works best for recipes that are low in fat and sugar and to create a crisp crust with a soft, chewy interior.
