      Get a head start on your future competition for the finite numbers of job openings with the Grove City police force by earning a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from an Ohio university. Alternately, register for a community college training program at either of the state's largest community colleges: Cleveland's Cuyahoga Community College or Columbus State Community College.
