How to Upload Music to the Internet to Listen To
Through the Internet, you can use a variety of tools to store your music and listen to it later in any location with Internet access. You can even use these tools to share music with friends and family without breaking copyright laws. Some services you can use to upload music cost money and limit the amount of music you can upload. Generally, these services do not require outside programs to play the music.

Upload your music to YouTube if it has a video to accompany the song. Create an account, log in and choose "upload." Some files may require approval to assure no copyright laws are infringed upon.

Create a MySpace music account. Fill out the required fields and verify your account with your email address. Choose "Upload" under the music option. This option is only available with a MySpace Music account. Keep in mind that if you upload any music that you don't own the rights to, it is subject to removal. Visit your homepage to play the music. You can also create a play list under the "My Music" option.

Upload your songs to a free service, such as Media Fire, Rapid Share or Hot File. These files may cost money, depending on the type of account you sign up for. Keep in mind you will need a program like iTunes or Windows Media Player to play the files once you re-download them.
