Instructions

    • 1

Open a baby washcloth, and lay it out flat on a table. Fold the right edge of the washcloth toward the center about one third of the way; repeat this with the left edge, so that the washcloth is now folded onto itself.

    • 2

Roll up one short edge of the washcloth in a cinnamon roll style. Stop when you reach the opposite edge.

    • 3

Tie a length of ribbon around the rolled cupcake and make a bow. This will hold the cupcake's shape.

    • 4

Gently pull the inner corner from the inside of the rolled washcloth so that it rests slightly above the level of the rest of the cupcake roll. This should give your cupcake the look of tiered icing.

    • 5

Place your washcloth inside a cupcake holder, either a paper one or a silicone-style reusable one. Press a red pom pom on the top, sandwiching it slightly between the folds of the wash cloth to hold it in place like a cherry.
