West Bend offers a line of automatic bread makers to create freshly baked bread in you own home. West Bend automatic bread makers slowly churn and heat ingredients to make numerous kinds of bread. Bread machines use a kneading bar to constantly churn the dough mixture to evenly bake the bread. Adding different ingredients from various recipes will allow you to make bread for any occasion.       Place the kneading bar into the tray of the West Bend automatic bread maker. Insert the kneading bar onto the vertical shaft in the bread machine tray. Push the kneading bar down on the shaft using your hand.

      Add the necessary ingredients into the tray of the automatic bread maker. Pour the liquid ingredients into the bread maker pan first. This will prevent the ingredients from sticking to the sides of the pan. Add the dry ingredients into the pan.

      Position the bread maker pan on the bread maker. Adjust the pan so the front is facing toward the front of the bread maker. Push down on the pan until it clicks, indicating the pan is locked into position. Place the cover on the pan of the bread maker.

      Plug the power cable into an electrical outlet to turn on the bread maker. Press the "Select" button to select the type of bread being baked. Push the "Timer" button to set the timer to indicate when the bread has finished baking. Press the "Up" or "Down" button to scroll through time settings in increments of 10 minutes.

      Press the "Start" button to begin baking.
