1
Decide on a location. Try to find an open space or whole room free from other clutter or furniture. You will also need space to lay out the components and parts.
-
2
Remove your gym components from the packaging, lay them all out and count them. Place screws, nuts, bolts, washers and other small parts in one area and put them in groups that are easy to identify. As you do this, remember to check the list of parts that came with the set, making sure no parts are missing.

3
Look for the part called the "frame arm." This piece supports the seat and front stabilizer. Attach the frame arm to the front stabilizer and the rear stabilizer to the opposite part of the frame arm. Attach the floor protection pads to the ends of each of the stabilizers.
-
4
Hold the front stabilizer and place the vertical weight rails into it. Slide spacers and bumpers on rails and fit them on top of the front stabilizer. You can then attach the leg-press to the back of the frame arm. Tighten all bolts and washers and put the assembly where you want it.
-
5
Place the weights on the weight rails. Attach the weight rail upper frame to the upper ends of each weight rail. You can then attach the weight stack stabilizer arm between the frame arm and upper frame.
-
6
Look for the cable pulleys and secure these onto the frame arm and the upper end of the weight stack stabilizer arm. Attach the lifting cable end to the base of the leg-press assembly. Lift the other end of the lifting cable under the frame arm pulleys and over the weight stack pulley.
-
7
Secure the lifting plate to the top of the weight on the stack. Fit the end of the lifting cable to the weight selector part. Insert this weight selector part through the lifting plate and into the weight stack. Find the selector pin and insert it.
-
8
Secure the leverage handles to the under part of the seat. Make sure the seat is aligned with the holes in the frame arm. Finally, install the seat positioning selector part into the side of the seat, through the positioning hole.
