How to Remove the Roller on an Okidata ML320
Manufacturers designed the Okidata ML320 Turbo for the demanding office environment, as it functions twice as quickly as similar printers. The Okidata ML32O's practical size allows the printer to function in the average office space. The Okidata printer processes information and then prints valuable data. Troubleshooting the Okidata allows you to evaluate its condition as well as repair functioning errors. The roller in your Okidata ML320 transfers the ink onto the paper during the printing process. Fortunately, it is not difficult to remove the roller and access its condition to ensure that your Okidata ML320 continues to function correctly.

Pull the roller assembly away from the shaft. The roller is located inside the shaft. To remove the roller, grip the shaft with one hand, and tilt the opening toward the printer. This forces the roller to slide partially out of the shaft. Hold the roller with one hand, and pull gently. The roller will slide easily out of the shaft with little effort from you.
