Instructions

  1. Headband

    • 1

Trace the outline of the metal headpiece onto a paper plate. The metal piece should resemble a rectangle with rounded corners.

    • 2

Cover the plate with metallic silver paint and let it sit to dry.

    • 3

Cut out the headpiece with scissors. Use a pencil to draw the rivets on either side of the piece -- there should be three rivets on each side.

    • 4

Use a pencil to draw the Konohagakure village logo on the center of the piece.

    • 5

Glue the headpiece to a long black stocking with a hot glue gun. Cover the headpiece in PVA glue to make it appear shiny and metallic.

    Body

    • 6

Purchase a blond wig. Naruto's hairdo is one of his most identifying features. When selecting a wig, find something that is spiky or can be gelled into spikes. If you are planning to go all out for your costume, you can bleach your own hair and gel it into spikes to replicate Naruto's hairstyle.

    • 7

Sew or purchase a full orange jumpsuit. Naruto wears a bright orange jumpsuit. If you have access to a costume store, you can purchase an inmate jumpsuit, which is typically orange, and remove the lettering.

    • 8

Glue a strip of white furlike material around the edge of the collar of the jumpsuit to replicate Naruto's look.

    Other Accessories

    • 9

Wear simple black sandals, as this is what Naruto wears.

    • 10

Wear a black belt on top of the jumpsuit .

    • 11

Wrap white bandages around your thighs, over the jumpsuit, to complete the look.
