How to Tell if a Girl Accepts a Date Out of Courtesy
When you work up the courage to ask a girl out and she says yes, you mainly feel relieved and excited. But if you start to think about the moment and fear she may not be that into you, you may question whether she said yes simply out of courtesy. If you haven't had a lot of contact with her before and she seems like a genuinely nice person, she may have agreed to go out with you to be nice. Try to read her body language and analyze her first reaction. That will help you tell if she really wants to go on a date with you.

1
Read her body language. Girls often shows signs that they are attracted to a guy, such as by touching her hair, laughing at your jokes or finding an excuse to touch you. When a girl leans toward you it usually signifies physical attraction; however, if she leans away from you she may not be interested. If it seemed as if she was giving you all the signs when you asked her out, she probably said yes because she wanted to. If she seemed distracted, distant and generally uninterested, she may have accepted out of courtesy.

2
Analyze her first reaction. If she said yes right away, that's a good sign. If she hesitated before accepting, perhaps she was being polite. Women also have a tendency to raise their voice at the end of a word when they are uncomfortable; if her voice got higher when she said yes, that may not be a good sign. Think about whether her smile looked genuine and about how willing she was to make a specific plan.

Consider how you asked her out. Did you put her on the spot? Was there a group of people around when you asked? Were her friends or yours within hearing range? If you asked her out in a crowded, public area where plenty of people could hear you, it's possible she accepted out of courtesy. If you asked her on a date alone in a quiet or private area, chances are she wants to go out with you.
