Things You'll Need
- 1 tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
- Large glasses or mugs
- 8 ounces water
- Honey
- Spoon
- 8 large carrots
- 2 large apples
- 1 large cucumber
- Sharp knife
- Fruit juicer

Pour one tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar into a large glass or mug.

Add eight ounces of water and two tbsp. honey to the glass.

Stir the ingredients with a spoon and drink. The apple cider vinegar is a weight loss tool, while the honey will help sweeten the taste.
Apple Carrot Cucumber Tonic

Peel and rinse eight large carrots, two large apples and one large cucumber. Cut the apple and cucumber into quarters with a sharp knife.

Place the vegetables into the fruit juicer. Place a large glass under the juicer's spout to catch the juice.
