How to Earn Gold with Emblems in WoW

Each "World of Warcraft" dungeon once rewarded emblems when you killed a dungeon boss. The "Cataclysm" expansion, however, eliminated all of the various emblems and combined them into a point system called Justice Points. Justice Points work just like emblems, enabling you to buy gear and items when you collect enough points. Most of the items are not sellable, with the exception of orbs. You can buy orbs with your Justice Points and sell them on the auction house, thereby turning your Justice Points into gold.

Instructions

    • 1

Acquire justice points by defeating bosses in "Wrath of the Lich King" or "Cataclysm" instances. "Cataclysm" instances reward more points for each boss kill, but the instances are more difficult.

    • 2

Visit Arcanist Miluria in the city of Dalaran in the Silver Enclave.

    • 3

Buy a Crusader Orb. As of January 2011, Crusader Orbs cost 226 Justice Points per orb.

    • 4

Visit an auction house in any major city. Browse the available Crusader Orbs already placed up for auction. Post your Crusader Orb at a buyout price of one or two gold below the already cheapest orb, so your orb will show up first. Create the auction. Repeat the process each time you have enough justice points.

Tips & Warnings

  • As of January 2011, Crusader Orbs are the highest-level orbs you can buy.
