Find or purchase a short black dress. For the sexiest look, choose a low-cut, mid-thigh length dress. You can also wear a black corset and black miniskirt.

Smear white face paint over your face with a makeup sponge. Make sure you apply the face paint evenly over your entire face.

Create a smoky-eye look with black eyeliner, mascara and eye shadow. Apply the mascara to your eyelashes, and line the entire shape of your eyes with black eyeliner. Purchase a pair of vampire fangs online or at a local costume store. Apply the fangs to your canine teeth as directed by the fang's instructions. Paint your lips with dark red lipstick. Draw a trail of blood trickling down from one corner of your mouth with fake blood or red lipstick. Brush your face gently with powder to prevent your make-up from smudging.
