How to Get Administrative Control on a Verizon Palm Centro
When you sync the contents of your Verizon Palm Centro with your PC, it is always a good idea to have administrative control. This is a term used to describe when the user account on your computer has the highest level of clearance to perform a specific task. Syncing your Palm Centro without administrative control may result in certain pieces of information not making their way from your PC to your Palm Centro.

Click "Start" and select the tiny arrow button next to the larger "Shut Down" button.

Click "Log Off." You will be logged out of your current user account. One icon will display on screen for every user account set up on your computer.

Click the icon labeled "Administrator." This will log you in as the administrator account on your PC. If prompted, enter the account's password.

Click "Start" and "Control Panel."

Choose the "Sync Center" icon. Connect your Verizon Palm Centro to your computer using its included USB cable. You now have administrative control over your Palm Centro on your computer.
