How to Disconnect a VIP RS3000 Alarm

Toyota's factory alarm, the VIP RS3000, works like any other automotive alarm. When set, the alarm deters thieves by sounding the horns and flashing the lights if the vehicle is tampered with. If you choose to install an after-market alarm, lose your key fob or simply feel the alarm is too sensitive, then you need to disconnect the VIP RS3000.
