How to Delete a Manifest File in Counter-Strike

"Counter-Strike" is an online first-person shooter video game that features counterterrorists and terrorists. The "Counter-Strike" game includes single-player and multiplayer modes. The game is also available for gamers using the Steam game server. If you want to remove a file that you've created for your game, such as the manifest file, you can delete the file by locating the "Counter-Strike" folder on your computer.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" button from your desktop and then double-click the "My Computer" option. Double-click the "C:" drive.

2. Select the "Program Files" option and then click the "Valve" option. Click the "Steam" option and then click the "SteamApps" option.

3. Double-click the "Counter-Strike" folder. Several files will then appear that are related to the game.

4. Locate the manifest file you want to remove from the "Counter-Strike" folder. The file should appear as "manifest.text."

5. Right-click the manifest file and the click the "Delete" option. The manifest file will then be removed from your computer.
