Propane Fish Fryer Assembly Instructions

• Propane tank
• Long handle lighter

Instructions

1. Screw tightly the propane valve connected to the fish fryer to the propane tank.

2. Open the valve on the fish fryer a little.

3. Light the fish fryer's burner using a long handle lighter.

4. Adjust the fish fryers air intake knob until the burner's flame is blue.

Tips & Warnings

• Always use caution when lighting a propane burner. Lean back as you are lighting to avoid being burned.
