Maintain a reverent attitude in your meetings. Ensure that members do not applaud during ritual work. Do not allow members to cross between the Bible and the east when the Bible is open upon the altar.

    • 2

Ask members to come to meetings dressed appropriately in professional attire.

    • 3

Listen to motions presented by the members graciously. Allow members to vote with a raise of the hand or a written ballot.

    • 4

Always ask for a dues card from members visiting your chapter. Close meetings with a farewell.
