How to Finish Level 1 on True Crime for the PS2
"True Crime" is an action-adventure game developed by Luxoflux. You play a young police officer named Nick Kang and embark on an adventure to stop the Chinese Triad. You can use a variety of weapons, guns, hand-to-hand combat moves. You can also hijack cars or trucks to travel around town and catch your villians. The first episode of the game serves as an introduction and allows you to become familiar with the game's characters and controls.

Destroy at least 10 targets in the firing range. Use your dual pistols and aim carefully to shoot the targets. They are located in various positions in the room so look around carefully when shootings. When you complete this task, your partner will come into the room to brief you on the next objective.

Go to the Elite Operations Division Headquarters. You can either drive there or run outside on the roads. The building is located adjacent to 7th Street and Broadway Street. Make sure to arrive at your destination within the required time deadline or you will have to restart the mission.

Drive a car and meet Rosie Velasco at the Chinese restaurant. It is located adjacent to Flower Street and 3rd Street. In this part of the mission there is no time deadline so you can arrive at the destination at your own convenience. Use this time to become familiar with the character controls and the city layout.

Defeat the Triad opponent at the restaurant. You can use a combination of attacks or perform a grab maneuver to end the battle quickly. Dodge his attacks by constantly moving to keep him off balance. When you defeat him the next part of the mission will begin.

Defeat the same Triad opponent again. He will attempt to escape from the restaurant and begin to shoot at you. Hide behind the cars outside and proceed towards your opponent. Hide behind different cars because they can explode and damage your character if the enemy shoots them too much. You can also shoot him from a distance or run towards him and use a combination of punches and kicks.
