How to Put Songs on GTA Vice City

Save

"Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" features around a dozen radio stations, some with music and some with talk show chatter. The soundtrack features songs from the 1980s. However, some players don't appreciate the lyrics of the Flocks of Seagulls, so Rockstar designed a component to allow users to add or remove MP3 files from the PC version of the game.

  • Open "My Computer" from the desktop or your "Start" menu.

  • Open "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City."

  • Locate the "GTA Vice City" folder. By default, the file path is "Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City." The game's files and directories will be displayed when you open the "GTA Vice City" folder.

  • Open the "MP3" folder. The folder will have one file in there already.

  • Locate the MP3 files you wish to import into the game.

  • Copy and paste all the MP3 files you wish to import into the GTA Vice City's "MP3" folder. The process may take a couple of minutes, depending on how many songs you are importing.

  • Run the game and hop in a car to begin listening to your music. All of your imported music will be played on the "User Station" from any vehicle in the game.
