How to Put Shadow on Text in InDesign
Adobe InDesign is a desktop publishing application that you can use to create newsletters, fliers, posters, brochures, books and magazines. You can combine text and images to create professional print projects. When you add a shadow effect, called a "drop shadow," to text, you can make the text jump out at the viewer, almost as if the text was hovering above the printed page. Drop-shadow effects can add style to your text, and set your print projects apart from the competition.
