How to Make PVC Beeswax Candles
Making beeswax candles is not a complicated process. If you want candles made from a mold rather than simply rolling sheets of wax around a wick, PVC pipes make sturdy molds for simple candles. These molds can be used again and again to produce as many candles as you desire. If you make multiple molds in different sizes, there is no limit to the variety of candles you can create.
Instructions

1
Cut a piece of PVC pipe to the desired length of your finished candle.
-
2
Clamp the pipe in a vice, and cut the pipe in half lengthwise, opening the pipe to show the inside.
-
-
3
Put the two pieces of pipe back together, and slip a PVC cap on the end.
-
4
Wrap the entire pipe in duct tape, keeping the top open.
-
5
Put beeswax into a double boiler, and heat the wax until it melts, which is around 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
6
Spray the inside of the pipe mold with a light coating of cooking spray, which will act as a release.
-
7
Fill the mold slowly with melted beeswax. Tap the sides of the mold to release any trapped air bubbles.
-
8
Insert a wick into the center of the wax. Hold it in place until the wax stiffens enough to support it.
-
9
Allow the wax to completely cool.
-
10
Remove the duct tape, and disassemble the mold, freeing the candle.
