How to Make the Fastest Paper Plane
The basic dart airplane is arguably the fastest paper airplane. It is also one of the easiest to make. It is fashioned after the Convair QF- 106 plane, nicknamed the "Delta Dart." Other nicknames for it include "Homeboy," "Ghost" or "Six." This plane is a remote controlled target drone with propane burners under the wings to provide pilotless sources for heat-seeking missiles. Make your own paper dart for fast flying power.

1

-
2
Fold the top right corner toward the middle, with the left edge lining up with the middle crease. Repeat for the left corner, lining up the right edge with the middle crease.

3
Fold the right edge toward the middle crease, lining up the right edge with the middle crease. Fold the left edge to the middle crease, lining the left edge up with the middle crease.
-
4
Fold the model in half lengthwise on the same middle crease. Turn the model so the length of the plane is horizontal and the bottom is on the bottom.
-
5
Fold the top part down to make a wing, starting the fold 1 1/2 inches from the nose of the plane. Fold each wing down, and keep them folded from the body at a 45-degree angle, as is seen in a regular airplane.

Tips & Warnings
Bend the outside edge of the wings upward if the plane has a tendency to nose dive. This provides lift.
