How to Use Ohm Car Subwoofers on a Home Stereo
Speakers that are used in a car subwoofer or for a home stereo are essentially the same. The differences include the types of connection terminals that are used and the impedance. Typically, a home speaker is 8-ohms and a car speaker is 4-ohm or 8-ohm. This means that impedance of the speaker needs to match that of the stereo. However, connecting the subwoofer requires the correct type of speaker cable.
Instructions

Tips & Warnings
If your subwoofer has an RCA terminal connection you can use a single RCA audio cable between the subwoofer and the stereo
Use RCA couplers to extend the length of the RCA conversion cable if it is too short.
