• Red lipstick
• Foundation

• Setting powder
• Lip brush

Instructions

1. Apply balm to moisturize the lips.

2. Use white lipliner to line just above the top lip so that your lips will appear fuller. Smudge and add powder to the line, so that it is not extremely defined.

3. Apply a bit of foundation to both lips so that the color will last longer when applied.

4. Line both lips with red lipliner that is slightly lighter than the lipstick shade.

5. Apply the red lipstick inside the lines with a lip brush.

6. Blot the lips with a tissue, and apply a little more powder to the lips.

7. Apply another coat of lipstick with the lip brush.
