How to Roll-Up Sleeves in Men's Fashion
Wearing a formal, long sleeved shirt provides a sophisticated look and is a necessary clothing piece for many occupations. However, long sleeved shirts can be impractical for activities such as eating food and washing your hands. They can also become uncomfortable as the day wears on and especially in warm weather. Undo any buttons or cuff links at the end of the shirt's sleeves. This will enable you to roll up your sleeves without them becoming overly tight around your arms later on.

Fold back the cuff on one of your sleeves so that your wrist is exposed. The length of the first fold should be approximately 2 to 3 inches. It should not be any longer than 4 inches because this will create an awkward and potentially uncomfortable fit.

Fold the cuff back once more if want your sleeve to be below your elbow. Fold the cuff back twice if you want your sleeve to be closer to your elbow. Make three folds if you want your sleeve to be above your elbow. The preference is ultimately up to the individual and your desired style and level of comfort.

Repeat this same process for the other shirt sleeve. Make sure that the other sleeve is rolled up to the same height as the first one.

Tips & Warnings
If your sleeves become loose, rolling them back until they are above the elbow should keep them in place.
