How to Make Paper Mache Glue

How to Make Paper Mache Glue thumbnail
Amateur and professionals use the paper mache technique in creating folk art.

Paper mache, from the French, papier mache means chewed paper and is a messy but inexpensive way to make dolls, puppets and a variety of decorative objects. Artists may use a commercial glue or may prepare their own. The types of glues used vary from the simple to the complex, but for home projects, a simple, child-friendly paste made from flour and water is all you need.
