How to Get a Mean Look in "HeartGold"

In the game "Pokemon: HeartGold," you can capture, train and battle Pokemon. As you train your Pokemon, they become more advanced and they gain experience. With enough experience they can increase their level and improve their attacks in battle. One of the attacks they can learn is a "Mean Look." With "Mean Look" you can freeze your opponent's Pokemon and keep them from escaping the battle or temporarily stop them from switching places with another Pokemon. This attack can only be earned by leveling up your Pokemon or by breeding two Pokemon.
