  • Garlic powder

      Rub the roast generously with the garlic powder, thyme, seasoning salt and pepper. Marinate in a covered, glass dish overnight.

      Turn your gas grill on to medium.

      Skewer the pork roast lengthwise with the rotisserie rod. Open your grill and place the roast in the rotisserie holder according to the rotisserie-attachment directions. Close the lid to the grill.

      Cook the pork roast for at least 20 minutes for each pound of meat. So if you want to roast 2 lbs. of meat, cook for 40 minutes.

      Remove the pork roast when its internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Let it sit on a plate for five to 10 minutes, then carve it.
