How to Clean a Leather Office Chair

A leather office chair is an item that needs cleaning just like any other piece of furniture around the home or office. When cleaning a leather chair, you want a cleaner that quickly removes buildup without drying out the leather, something that also leaves behind no residue or fumes after the cleaning process is complete. Accomplish this with inexpensive items found at your local supermarket or leather shop.

Things You'll Need

• Bowl
• Saddle soap or castile soap
• Cleaning rags

Instructions

1. Moisten a cleaning rag slightly with cold water and drizzle the cloth with either castile soap or saddle soap.

2. Rub the soapy cloth over the leather office chair using small circular motions while cleaning.

3. Rinse a fresh cleaning rag under cold water and wipe over the leather to remove any soap residue.

4. Rub a dry rag over the leather to remove any excess moisture from the chair.
