Windows Mobile is an operating system developed by Microsoft for use with mobile devices including cell phones and smartphones. Features of Windows Mobile include Office Mobile, Internet Explorer Mobile, Windows Media Player, Outlook Mobile and Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). ICS allows a mobile device to share an Internet connection to attached computers via a USB cable. Internet sharing over a cell phone is often called tethering.
