Instructions

    • 1

Line the bottom of a plastic or glass bowl with aluminum foil, with the shiny side facing up. The bowl should be large enough to submerge the jewelry piece. Do not use a metal bowl, as this can react with the foil and interfere with the cleaning process.

Fill the bowl half way full with hot water.

    • 3

Add 1 tbsp. of baking soda and 1 tbsp. of salt to the water and dissolve.

    • 4

Place your silver jewelry into the water mixture.

    • 5

Allow the jewelry to sit in the water for 30 minutes. Remove the jewelry and rinse it under cool running water.

    • 6

Repeat the process if tarnish or dirt remains.

    • 7

Dry the silver jewelry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
