Melted chocolate is perfect for dipping fruit or for drizzling over desserts. Chocolate chip wafers come in a variety of flavors including mint, cherry, vanilla as well as milk, dark and white chocolates. You can melt chocolate chip wafers in a double boiler on the stove. Does this Spark an idea?

      Make your own double boiler with a saucepan and a thick glass bowl.

      Make a double boiler. Find a thick glass bowl that you can set in the top rim of a saucepan without it falling into the pan. Fill a saucepan halfway full of water. Set your glass bowl on top of your saucepan to make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Pour water out of the saucepan if needed.
