How to Recover Your WoW Account
World of Warcraft (WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing (MMORP) game, where thousands of users interact in the WoW online universe at any one time via the Battle.net game servers. When creating a WoW account, users must log in with an e-mail account and password. If you forget your login password, you can take a few steps to create a new password. If you forget what e-mail address you used, you'll need to contact customer service (see Tips).

Tips & Warnings
If you forgot the e-mail address used to create your WoW account, or if you don't have access to the e-mail account anymore, call the Blizzard support staff at (949) 955-1382. When requesting your WoW account information, you must provide the Blizzard representative with your name, credit card number used to activate the WoW account and other pertinent billing information.
If you are unable to verify your identity over the phone, Blizzard may choose to send you an "Identity Verification" form via e-mail. Once you receive the email, print out the form and fill it out. Include a copy of a valid ID or passport, then fax the form and ID copy to the number listed on the verification document.
