How do I Access the Prof Installer Menu for the DirecTV HD Antenna? thumbnail
All of the DirecTV system settings are available to the subscriber via a remote.

As of 2010, DirecTV (DTV) began installing their fifth generation satellite dishes for consumers. This DTV HD satellite antenna is the company's most complex satellite signal receiver to date. It collects signals from five satellites. In the past, DTV dishes could be realigned by the consumer. Although the settings are still accessible, the dish must be aligned with much higher precision than its predecessors. It should be configured by a professional installer. Otherwise, the HD television programming will experience intermittent failure.
