How to Play "Zwinkies" Without Installing It
"Zwinkies" is an online service that allows you to create full motion, graphical user images called "avatars" for use on various services on the Web. To use "Zwinkies," you have two options. The first is to download a program onto your computer and install it that gives you the full functionality of the service even if you aren't online. The second is to use the same functionality from within your web browser on the "Zwinkies" website.

Open your web browser and go to the official Zwinky website (see References).

Click "Register" in the upper-right corner (if you have not already done so). You will need to register for a free account. This will require you to select a user name and password and provide a valid email address.

Return to the main Zwinky website.

Click "Log In." Log in using your registered user name and password. The main Zwinky interface will load. You can now play around with the template and create your own custom Zwinky avatar using the creation tools that are in your Web browser.
