How to Defrost Baked Dinner Rolls

How to Defrost Baked Dinner Rolls thumbnail
When you properly defrost baked rolls, they are fluffy instead of hard or soggy.

Freezing baked bread rolls increases their shelf life, but without proper defrosting and reheating, the rolls become hard or soggy. Using the proper technique, you can serve frozen dinner rolls to taste just as fresh as the first time you baked them. Removing plastic wrapping against the frozen dinner rolls before defrosting will prevent them from becoming soggy. Avoid using the microwave for thawing, as it can partially cook the rolls, which results in burned or hard places in the dinner rolls. Does this Spark an idea?
