Begin your email with a simple greeting, such as "Hello" or "Greetings." Avoid using pet names in your greeting, such as "honey" or "sweetie," as it may cause offense.

Ask how the person is doing as you transition into the body of the email. Simply asking, "How are you doing?" or stating, "I hope you are well" is sufficient.

State that you're interested in the person romantically by saying, "I would like you to know that I am interested in getting to know you better," or something to that effect.
