How to Set Up Verizon Mobile Broadband
Mobile Broadband Connect is a service offered by Verizon Wireless that allows users to connect a mobile device to a laptop. This is often referred to as tethering. A monthly data plan is required to use the Mobile Broadband feature. Users can establish a broadband connection anywhere within their mobile broadband coverage area to transfer files, access email and surf the Web on their PC just as they would using a LAN or wireless Internet connection.

Attach the USB data cable that came with your mobile device from your phone to your computer.

Navigate to VZAM.net on your computer.

Click the "Download Now" link.

Select your PC's operating system from the drop-down menu in the download manager screen.

Select the device you wish to tether.

Select the model of the device you wish to tether.

Select your reason for downloading VZaccess manager and click "Continue."

Enter your 10-digit Verizon Wireless number and click "Continue."

Click "Open" from the File Download window to run the installation of VZAccess Manager.
