1
Rinse fresh cauliflower and broccoli under cold running water. Pat the vegetables dry with a dish towel.
-
2
Cut the vegetables up into several pieces that are the same size. This will ensure that they cook evenly on the grill.
-
-
3
Lay out a piece of aluminum foil. Place the cut up vegetables onto a single layer in the center of the foil. Olive oil, grill seasoning or any other flavoring should be placed onto the vegetables at this time.
-
4
Fold the sides of the aluminum foil over to create a pouch. Make sure that the vegetables are completely covered with the foil to prevent any scorching.
-
5
Place the vegetable-filled foil pouch onto the grill that is set on medium heat. Cauliflower and broccoli are more delicate than other types of veggies, such potatoes, and should not be set directly over the flame.
-
6
Allow the veggies to cook for 15 minutes before turning the foil pack over and allowing them to cook for an additional 15 minutes.
-
7
Remove the foil pack from the grill and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before opening the pack and removing the vegetables.
