How to Remove Marks Left by a Rubber Mat in the Bathtub
A rubber mat in the shower or bathtub protects from slips and falls, but when you remove the rubber mat, you sometimes get left with marks caused by the mat. To remove them, use something that quickly breaks up the residue without requiring a lot of work. Rinse a cleaning eraser under water, squeeze out the excess and scrub over the marks. This often removes all of the residue with only a few swipes.

Drizzle a nylon scrubbing pad with hot water and dish soap. Scrub across the marks on the bathtub surface until you remove all of the residue.

Rinse the shower with plain water to remove excess residue and allow it to air dry.
