A calendar embedded on a website can be changed or edited to reflect your schedule. You just need to sign up or create an account on an online calendar service. This will let you share your schedule with anybody who has access to your website.

      Choose a calendar service. A few that you can consider are Google Calendar, Coffee Cup Web Calendar and Localendar (see Resources). Set up an account on the calendar service that you have chosen. Log into your account. Type in your user name and your password.

      Design your website calendar by choosing the colors, graphics, text style and font of your calendar from the toolbar located at the top of your screen. Once you are satisfied with your calendar's appearances, click the "Save" button.

      Add your schedule or whatever information that you wish to your calendar. You can add titles and description for each event and click the "Save" button.

      Click on the "Generate Code" button to do this on the calendar toolbar. Highlight and copy the code by using the "Ctrl + C" command.

      Go to the page of your website where you want the calendar to be posted. Open up the source code. Paste the calendar source code into the page using the "Ctrl+V" command. Save your changes and your calendar is ready to be viewed.
