      Remove clothing from the area where you will be attaching the belt. Place the belt around the desired area and attach it securely, but not too tightly. If you have sensitive skin, you should put the belt over a thin piece of clothing.

      Set the timer for your slimming belt or sauna belt for at least 30 minutes, then turn it on. Depending on the belt you have, you may need to adjust the temperature or it will automatically adjust it based on your body temperature. To lose weight effectively, you should always use the belt at room temperature.

      Check if you are sweating around the area where the belt is every 10 minutes. Increase the temperature if necessary. Allow the belt to work effectively for 30 to 45 minutes at a time.

      Remove the slimming or sauna belt and use a rag or towel to dry the sweat. Do not use skin cream while using the belt to prevent allergic reaction, since the pores will be open during that time.
